In accordance with New York State law, Raw Dog K9 Products does not offer cash or card refunds. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Approved claims will be issued as store credit only, at our discretion.

Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and does not expire.
